Generating Reports

After you click the “Run a Custom Report” link from the Dairy main page the Run a Custom Report screen appears.

General actions to create and view a Custom Report are:

• Select a commodity and frequency associated with a particular category
• Choose one or multiple regions determined by the previous frequency
• Select a date range
• Refine your report as necessary. Certain commodities may have additional Refinement step for further data report refinement.
• Click the Run button and the Custom Report displays all retrieved results on a subsequent page
• For logged in users, some additional options are available on the report screen such as save a favorite report, email a bookmark, or email a report
